The site is open to anyone who is legally able to accept these terms under the law where they live: generally, an adult, or an older teenager whose parent or guardian accepts for them.

You may browse the site, and you may print or save pages for your own internal evaluation of MyPlusID and what it offers. That is the whole licence we grant you for using our content.

You must not use this site to:

• interfere with it, overload it, or attempt unauthorised access to it, our systems or anyone else’s, including probing, denial-of-service attempts or introducing malware;
• harvest content, scrape it at scale or collect it automatically without our written permission, including to build a competing service or to train commercial AI models;
• reverse engineer any part of it, except where the law expressly allows you to despite this;
• misrepresent who you are, or pretend our content is yours;
• use our name, logo or branding without written permission;
• submit unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive material through our forms; or
• use the site in a way that breaks any law or regulation that applies to you.

We may restrict or stop your access if you do any of these things, and we may report it to the relevant authorities where we are required or entitled to.

Parts of this site are illustrative and are labelled as such. That includes the sample wallet interface (the fictional holder details, name and identifier you can see in it), the platform architecture diagram marked illustrative, the demo agenda, and any article marked as being in production.

That material exists to explain how the product works. It is not:

• a product specification or a statement of what any version currently does;
• a promise that a feature, article or service will be built or released;
• a statement that any particular customer, certification, standard or partnership exists; or
• something to rely on for procurement, compliance or security decisions.

We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or available in any particular place, and we do not promise that links will always work.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the site will not exceed the minimum amount required by the law that applies to you.

If you are a consumer, this section applies only to the extent your local law allows, and it never limits rights you have that the law says cannot be limited.

If a court or authority finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest of them continue to apply, and the unenforceable part is adjusted only as far as necessary to make it enforceable.

If we do not enforce a right straight away, that does not mean we give it up. These terms are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of this site.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site.

If you are a consumer using the site from another country, this does not remove the mandatory protections your local law gives you, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
